Updated over a week ago

1.) Log in to Min Side

If you do not have a log in to Min Side account - please contact us

2.) In the menu to the left - Click on My playlist claims.

3.) On the far right - Click on Search recordings

You will then enter the list of all playbacks that have been reported to Gramo.

Here you can search for your recordings and find out if they have been played and check if the rights have been correctly registered.

4.) Search recordings

It is an open search function so you can search for all information related to a recording, such as title, main artist, release etc. The more information you enter in the search - the more selective your search will be.

Just remember that the quality of the information reported may vary. Sometimes some of the information is missing. So start with a few details and add more as you need to narrow your search.

5.) Select the recording you wish to claim

6.) and - add it to your claim

When you have selected a recording and added it to your claim, the option to view your claim will be visible to the right.

When you have added all the recordings you want to claim rights to in your list - you must add mandatory information that Gramo needs to validate your rights claim.

-Remember you can submit many claimlists - so it might be wise to focus on one catalogue, main artist or release at a time. This will make it easier for you when you add information.

7.) To the right - Click on Show claims

8.) Click on the recording lines marked with - Missing information.

9.) Fill in the mandatory information

Then click save.

Remember that if you have many recordings in your claim list, it might be a good idea to copy rights ownership to all recordings in the list.

When you have added all the mandatory information that Gramo needs to validate your rights claim.

10.) Click on - Submit to Gramo
