If you no longer have music, TV or radio that is audible to your customers or guests, you must send a notice to Gramo.

IMPORTANT! In order for us to process your inquiry, you must provide us with the following information:

  • Organisation number, invoice number, contact number. So we can identify your company.

  • Date of termination.

  • Name and organisation number of any new owner.

If you have received an invoice, we will credit it and send a final invoice with a reduced amount.
